Arctic Air is about a Yellowknife-based maverick airline and the unconventional family who runs it. The owners are Mel Ivarson, an old school bush pilot; Krista Ivarson, Mel's daughter; and Bobby Martin, the son of Ivarson's deceased partner. Episodes focus on interpersonal conflicts between the characters as well as dramatic flying missions with their aging fleet of Douglas DC-3s, de Havilland Canada DHC-3 Otters and other aircraft. Each episode has one or more flying missions. The series was canceled on March 17, 2014, due to government budgetary cuts

The Infinite Worlds of H. G. Wells is a six-part 2001 television miniseries conceived by Nick Willing and broadcast on the Hallmark Channel. Each episode adapts — and sometimes quite radically alters — a short story written by Wells: The New Accelerator, The Queer Story of Brownlow's Newspaper, The Crystal Egg, The Remarkable Case of Davidson's Eyes, The Truth About Pyecraft and The Stolen Bacillus. Each is presented as if it were a 'real' incident that Wells had investigated with his girlfriend, Jane Robbins, and as if it had served as an inspiration for a short story. The flashbacks are to 1893 within the 1946 frame story, near the end of Wells's life, when he is interviewed by a secret military research institute interested in his past exploits.

Klondike is a 17-episode half-hour American Western television series starring Ralph Taeger and James Coburn that aired on NBC. The series premiered on October 10, 1960 and ran until February 13, 1961, facing stiff competition from The Danny Thomas Show on CBS and the second half of the first-season detective series Surfside 6 starring Troy Donahue on ABC. Klondike followed Dale Robertson's Tales of Wells Fargo on the NBC schedule.

The Alaskans is a 1959-1960 ABC/Warner Brothers western television series set during the late 1890s in the port of Skagway, Alaska. The show features Roger Moore as "Silky Harris" and Jeff York as "Reno McKee", a pair of adventurers intent on swindling travelers bound for the Yukon Territories during the height of the Klondike Gold Rush. Their plans are inevitably complicated by the presence of singer "Rocky Shaw", "an entertainer with a taste for the finer things in life".
